Hecho en Dumbo { 354 Bowery }
WOW!!! i have never tasted anything like my stuffed pepper before! it was an amazing mix of hot and sweet.....slow cooked pork mixed with raisins, apples,
pomegranates
, then topped with a creamy walnut and local goat cheese sauce.....perfection!!!
