my first EVER 100% vegan meal! ...i have to say i was pleasantly surprised!

the mac-n-cheese was Awesome, and i am always a sucker for a great veggie burger 

i do have to say the root beer float was "weird" to me....i love my real ice cream ;)

...once you step inside this quaint little pub, u feel like you're in Ireland!

down to the wood burning fireplace and the sawdust on the floor

the bartender has an awesome irish accent and pours a perfect pint.

....the brunch here was so amazing i would go back every weekend! seriously.

the pan de maiz benedict was perfection. such a unique twist on a classic....

{poached eggs+chorizo atop a lovely corn bread drizzled w/ a rocoto pepper hollandaise sauce}

....my plate was clean, i mean spotless ;)

the huevos rancheros was equally divine...a beautiful tower of eggs/tortilla/beans/feta/salsa

buen provecho!
